Sealed Factory Packaging: Assemblies should be wrapped in rust-proof film or vacuum-sealed plastic bags upon leaving the factory. Desiccants and vapor phase inhibitor (VCI) paper can be added internally to effectively isolate moisture and corrosive gases. The outer layer should be a high-strength corrugated cardboard box, sealed completely with packing tape to prevent dust and water ingress during transport.
Reinforced and Protective Outer Packaging: Woven bags or plastic film should be added to the outside of the cardboard box for further dust and water protection. For high-precision or export-grade assemblies, wooden crates are recommended, with foam board or bubble wrap padding inside to improve overall sealing and pressure resistance.
Transportation Environment Management: Transport vehicles should be enclosed vans; open-top transport is prohibited. Avoid routes through dusty or damp areas. The interior of the vehicle must be kept clean and dry, and must not be mixed with chemicals, oils, or other easily contaminated items to prevent cross-contamination.
Loading, Unloading, and Transit Standards: Loading and unloading should not be carried out in rainy or dusty environments. Handle with care during transport to prevent damage to packaging. During transshipment or temporary storage, the vehicle should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, with pallets raised above the ground to avoid direct contact with moisture.
Personnel and System Guarantees: The carrier should establish a clean transportation management system, clearly defining the operating procedures for drivers and loading/unloading personnel, such as wearing gloves and regularly cleaning transport vehicles. The logistics management department must assess the carrier's clean transportation capabilities to ensure controllability throughout the entire process.
